Link up "View Cart" button

You might want to update or add existing View cart buttons or links in your current theme. Most typically this would be the little cart icon that usually lives in the menu or header of your theme.

Follow these steps to open the integrated Firmhouse cart when a view cart button is clicked.

First you need to locate where your Cart button is loaded in. Typically this will be in header.liquid of your Shopify theme.

Then make sure to add the following onClick handler to your button:

onclick="Firmhouse.showCart()"

Also make sure that the href is set to # so that the button will not fall back to the standard Shopify cart.
